30-day trial on paid plans. Trials require a card upfront ($0 charged) and unlock every feature — including your own sending domain. You get 1,000 SEMAOS sends for the whole trial; sends from your connected Gmail or Outlook don't count toward them (250 to 1,000 per mailbox per day, depending on the kind of account). Pick your plan any time; the tier you started from is preselected. AI drafting allows 10 drafts per user per day during the trial.
Team seats. Starter, Team, and Business include the seats shown; add more for $25/seat/mo on Starter, $19 on Team, or $15 on Business, billed prorated. Annual plans bill seats annually at the same 2-months-free rate ($250/$190/$150 per seat/year). Starter caps at 5 seats — a sixth teammate means moving up to Team, where seats are unlimited. Questions before you choose a plan
- Does the 30-day trial charge my card?
No. A paid-plan trial asks for a card upfront, but it charges $0 and never bills automatically, not even when it ends. You get every feature, including your own sending domain, and 1,000 SEMAOS sends for the whole trial. Sends from your connected Gmail or Outlook don't count toward those 1,000. They are capped per mailbox per day instead, at 250 to 1,000 depending on the kind of account.
- What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because the trial never bills automatically. If you haven't picked a plan, your account moves to the Free plan. You keep sending through your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox (capped at 250 to 1,000 emails a day, depending on the kind of account), and your data stays. Broadcasts and any extra teammate seats pause until you choose a plan. Your active sequences pause too, and you resume them yourself, up to 2 at a time on Free. Your custom sending domain is removed, so after you upgrade you add it again and update its DNS records to match the ones we show.
- What's the difference between mailbox sending and SEMAOS sending?
Mailbox sending goes out through your own connected Gmail or Outlook account, from your address and on your reputation. It never counts against a plan's send allowance. SEMAOS caps each mailbox at 250 to 1,000 emails a day, depending on the kind of account, and each user can connect up to 3 mailboxes on a paid plan or the trial (1 on Free). SEMAOS sending goes through Amazon SES, from the shared SEMAOS domain or your own verified domain. Broadcasts use it. It comes with paid plans and the trial, and each plan includes a monthly amount: 7,500 sends on Solo, up to 200,000 on Business.
- Why can my new domain only send 100 emails today?
Warmup. A new custom sending domain is limited to 100 platform sends per day for its first week, then 500 per day, then 2,000, and plan limits apply from day 22. The ramp follows whichever is slower, the domain's age or what it has actually sent (it moves up a step only after more than 700, 4,200 and 18,200 sends in total), so a domain that has barely sent stays on a lower step past those dates. Sends beyond a day's allowance wait for the next day rather than failing.

- Why is my sending throttled or suspended?
Your rolling 24-hour hard-bounce rate crossed a guardrail: at 5% new platform sends are throttled until the rate drops back under 5%, and at 10% sending is suspended until support reactivates the account. Under 50 attempted sends in the window, the rate isn't acted on.

- Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
On AWS in the United States, encrypted in transit to and between our services with TLS 1.2 or later, and at rest with AWS-managed keys. Each account's records are isolated from every other account's at the database layer. We share data only with the subprocessors our privacy policy lists, we don't sell it, and we don't train models on your contacts. You can ask us to export or delete your data.
